Lifetime No Fault Rod Repair or Warranty Repair

At dublhawl we understand that shit happens.  You might shut your rod in a tailgate, or leave it in the bottom of a frozen jet boat for 3 seasons.  No big deal.  

For repairs or warranty work, simply send the entire rod to us. We will assess and determine if there is a manufacturing defect in the blank, or if the break is due to another cause. We will work with the manufacturer to fit a new section as needed, and inspect or repair any additional damage. Depending on weather or not there is a manufacturing defect, there may be additional charges to repair. your rod. We will contact you with options.
